What is the pet policy?

Homeowners Only: Up to three (3) pets may be kept, only ONE of which may be a dog. Renters Only: Renters are not permitted to keep more than one (1) pet; Units Owners may apply to the Board on behalf of their tenants, for an additional pet.

Is there a rental cap? If so what is the cap?

Yes, 30 units. Please call management to confirm if the unit currently holds a leasing slot or if one is available.

Are short term rentals allowed?

Leases cannot be for a term less than 12 months and must include the Association’s approved lease addendum.
