What is the pet policy?

Homeowners Only: Up to three (3) pets may be kept, only ONE of which may be a dog. Renters Only: Renters are not permitted to keep more than one (1) pet; Unit Owners may apply to the Board on behalf of tenants, for an additional pet.

Is there a rental cap? If so what is the cap?

Yes, 30 units. Please call management to confirm if the unit currently holds a leasing slot or if one is available.

Are short term rentals allowed?

No

What is the minimum leasing term?

Leases cannot be for a term less than 12 months and must include the Association's lease addendum.

Who is the Association Insurance Agent?

The Essex Agency

What amenities does the Association have?

Through the Master Association a pool and tennis court.

What do the condo dues cover?

Street lights, water and sewer, laundry room (Master Association will be closing this at the end of 2022), trash, recycling and compost, landscaping (mowing, maintenance of common beds  ONLY, plowing) SPECIAL NOTE *Master Association Dues are NOT included, Owners need to order a separate resale certificate for the Master Association.

What is the range of monthly dues?
